We are going to tell you how our trip to Albarracín in Life & Travel 2026 went.
We set off as planned on the 27th of June. Our first activity was a complete guided tour around the town, lasting for approximately 2 hours.
We then made a stop in a cheese dairy before lunch, where we tasted their cheeses.
We then went for lunch in a village near to Albarracín, which was hugely popular among the visitors. For starters we had soupy rice, croquettes, calamari, cured ham and cheese and then entrecôte for our main course, followed by torrijas, ice cream or fruit for dessert. The price of the set meal also included drinks and coffee.
There are a lot of charming towns and villages in Teruel province, but if there is one thing that stands out, it has to be the local cuisine.
We had such a good time
