Rose wine
Rose wine is not made from pink grapes, but rather red grapes, sometimes mixed with white grapes. The colour is obtained during fermentation by macerating the must with the skins of the grapes. The colour ranges from pale pink to purple, depending on how long the skins are left to macerate.

They are fresh wines, with a wide range of fruity and floral flavours. There are dry, fruity, semi-sweet and sparkling wines, and they are ideally served between 6 and 8 degrees. They pair well with a variety of dishes, from salads and pasta to fish, seafood and rice dishes.
