Here are his "Top 5":

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Essential for my toast at breakfast and to dress salads, especially when you fancy something fresh, like at this time of year. For me it’s a real essential: a drizzle of good quality oil changes any dish. Its flavour, its aroma...a must-have on the dining table.

ANDALUSIAN GAZPACHO
A refreshing, healthy and nutritious drink for any time of day. I always have some in my fridge in summer because it's also light and comforting. Nice and cold, it makes you feel great and is perfect as a quick starter when you don’t have much time.

IBERIAN HAM
A truly Spanish flavour which is an essential for any celebration and can always be found in my house too. A delicious Iberian ham can bring you to tears, it tastes so good. It’s one of life's pleasures that can brighten up your day. I love to enjoy it slowly and savour it fully.

WATERMELON
I confess: it’s my go to summer dessert. I always have some in my fridge because I love it when it's nice and cool. It’s sweet, light, refreshing and keeps you hydrated; you can’t ask for much more. I think it’s perfect to finish off any meal or as a snack between meals.

KEFIR
A different dairy-based drink that helps my digestion and that I usually accompany with a chopped apple. I like it because it’s versatile, you can enjoy it as a light breakfast or snack, and it always leaves me feeling good. Its mild flavour allows it to be combined with lots of fruits.
