Here are his “Top 5”:

GINGER
I can’t live without ginger, because I make ginger infusions every day for my sore throat caused by nodules.

HONEY
I always add a drizzle of honey to my coffee and infusions. It’s my favourite sweetener. I have several types of honey at home and I love discovering new ones.

SERRANO HAM
It is, without a doubt, the food I could eat non-stop and never get tired of. For breakfast with toast, mid-afternoon if I feel a little hungry, with eggs and I’ve got my evening meal sorted...it’s simply perfect.

KIWIS
I eat them for breakfast every morning with yoghurt and oats. I remember my parents used to make me eat one before school and I hated them as a child and teenager. Now I can’t live without them.

COFFEE
There are days when I have a headache and I don’t know why until I think: “Oh no! I’ve not had my coffee this morning”. It’s become a must-have for me to start my day. I like to change how I take it depending on the time of year: in summer, with ice, and in winter, hot with a drizzle of plant-based milk.
