Griddled carabinero shrimps with lemon and salmon roe

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 12 Carabinero shrimps 
  • 20 g of coarse salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil 
  • 1 lemon 
  • 30 g of salmon roe
     

Preparation:

  1. Place a few drops of oil in a frying pan. When it starts to smoke, add the prawns. Turn them over after a minute, season with coarse salt and cook for another minute.
  2. Serve the Carabinero prawns immediately with a teaspoon of salmon roe, a few shavings of lemon peel and decorate with a dash of olive oil.
