Turbot
Turbot is a white fish belonging to the Scophthalmidae family. It is a large, flat fish which is round in shape. Its skin is brown with different greenish tones.
Turbot have large mouths and a prominent jaw with small, pointed teeth. Its dorsal fin runs along the whole of its body, from the eye to the tail, which ends in a rounded shape.
