Turkey and pineapple kebabs

For 4 servings:

•   1 tray of turkey chunks

•   1 whole pineapple

•   100 ml of pineapple juice

•   2 spoonfuls of soy sauce

•   1/2 spoonful of ground ginger

•   1 tray of assorted mushrooms

•   Salt 

•   Ground black pepper

•   Extra virgin olive oil

PREPARATION

 

PREPARING THE KEBAB 

1. Season the turkey.

2. Leave it to marinade in the soy sauce, pineapple juice and ground ginger for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

3. Then skewer one piece of marinaded turkey and then one pineapple chunk until you fill the skewer.

4. Cook the kebab on the griddle and brush on the marinade until the pineapple caramelises and the turkey browns. 

5. Serve the kebab on a plate.

 

 GARNISH

1. Sauté the mushrooms in a frying pan.

2. Add the mushrooms and the rest of the marinade to the plate.
