  • Basic brush

Basic brushes are a cleaning implement consisting of a long handle to which a secondary piece is attached consisting of soft or hard fibres or bristles that are used to sweep or clean dirt from the floor.

Depending on which area we want to clean, there are different types of brushes that vary in terms of shape and texture, some for indoors and others for outdoor terraces or gardens. We can basically find two types of brushes “stiff bristles” and “soft bristles”, and everything in between. Most brushes are somewhere in between, and are suitable for sweeping floors in homes and businesses. They are sufficiently soft to be flexible and sweep up light dust even, but sufficiently stiff to ensure good sweeping.

To clean smooth flooring such as parquet, floating floors, marble or porcelain tiles, we need to use brushes with synthetic bristles. Furthermore, the fibres must be soft or medium stiffness so as not to damage the floors. On the other hand, to clean carpets, we will need a brush with longer, stiffer bristles.

  • Multi-purpose brush

Multi-purpose brushes are useful for indoor and outdoor cleaning thanks to their bristles made from PET. They feature bristles with different thicknesses and designs for more efficient cleaning with just one sweep. They are ideal for sweeping up fine dust, pet hair and getting in difficult to reach corners. These brushes will help make sure your home is kept spotlessly clean.

They are also very good value for money and are the perfect size for efficient sweeping in your home or business. Multi-purpose brushes are particularly ideal for professional cleaners, because of their size and the fact that they are very long-lasting.

  • Outdoor brush

If you need to sweep up outdoors, whether a balcony, patio or terrace, you will need a brush with long, thick, plastic bristles that are slightly curled, which will ensure that they last longer with the force we apply to them when brushing outdoors. This type of brushes have stiff bristles meaning we can sweep up fallen leaves and small stones and pebbles that we find in our gardens. Their design means they are suitable for all types of outdoor floors and surfaces such as cement, soil or areas where there are plants. Furthermore, they can be used on dry or wet floors.

For thorough cleaning of outdoor floors we recommend a scrubbing brush with very stiff bristles. By using these brushes we can apply a lot of pressure to get rid of stubborn dirt such as mould or damp stains. We should make sure we use water and the right chemical product for the type of dirt when using these brushes outdoors.

Finally, to clean outdoors on driveways or similar surfaces, we recommend using a yard brush. They have very stiff bristles and a metal bracket or a universal thread to secure the handle.
