Skinless chickpeas

Removing the skin of chickpeas is very simple. Place them in a container with a spoonful of bicarbonate of soda and heat it in the microwave for a few minutes. Then put the chickpeas in a bowl of hot water and stir them with your hands, you’ll see how the skin comes off. This tip is ideal for making hummus.\/p>
