Rocket is a light food which is low in calories (approximately 25 kcal per 100 g), ideal for a balanced diet. But what exactly are the properties of rocket? First of all, it is rich in vitamins such as vitamin K, essential for bone health; folic acid, which helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue, and vitamin C, which contributes to the absorption of iron and the proper function of the immune system. On top of that, it has a high content of minerals such as potassium, calcium and magnesium, which contribute to the normal function of bones and muscles.

Su sabor inconfundible combina muy bien en una tostada o bocadillo de tomate y queso. Se puede agregar a una tabla de quesos y nueces para tapear junto con unos picos camperos o regañas.
