This article will give you some ideas of how to do your makeup for a daytime wedding to make you glow inside and out. Don’t miss out.
5 makeup tips for daytime wedding guests

After your usual face routine, it’s time to start with your makeup, but... What should you bear in mind when choosing makeup as a guest at a daytime wedding?
Natural-looking, simple makeup for wedding guests: daytime weddings require simple makeup, since they tend to be more casual than evening weddings.
1. No makeup effect
Natural-looking makeup is not achieved by using just a few products, but rather the techniques and the right products, such as a long-lasting foundation, some corrector, blusher or tanning powder and some makeup fixer spray over the top.
2. Highlighter
It will look better during the day and confer more light to your wedding guest makeup. It can turn everyday makeup into something a lot more special, the right makeup for guests on a perfect day. Apply the highlighter to strategic parts of your face, such as above your cheekbones, under the arch of your eyebrows, around your tear gland, on the tip of your nose... and even on your collarbone!
3. Mascara
Mascara is an indispensable part of all makeup routines, even more so when you are the guest at a daytime wedding! When choosing more natural coloured eyeshadow, it is best to choose mascara that thickens and lengthens our eyelashes to confer a more powerful look. It is not uncommon for us to shed a tear at weddings, so it is always best to use waterproof mascara.
4. Perfect eyebrows
Keep them well-groomed and made up, it will make all the difference to your makeup. And your look! Use an eyebrow pencil to fill in any small gaps, and an eyebrow gel to keep them in place.
5. Your guest outfit
If you are going to wear something bright, choose natural look eye makeup with beige, golden or pale or nude tones, and something more striking on your lips. If you are going to wear a more discreet outfit though, apply bolder makeup to your eyes with a cat eye line, darker or smokey eyeshadow or add a little shine, but with nude colour lips or a gloss, which will make them look fuller and will hydrate them more.
Just as you shouldn’t forget to take your lipstick with you for any touch-ups you might need, take some mattifying powder with you too, to touch up your makeup during the day.
