Ley DJ
The top 5 of Ley DJ when she buys at Consum.

For their collaboration in this article, Ley DJ and Consum have donated 500€ to ACNUR.
Ley DJ is a Valencian DJ and producer based in Barcelona who has been making music her way of life for more than a decade. She has performed at festivals like FIB, Sonorama, Mallorca Live and VIDA. She has shared the bill with Coldplay and U2 in stadium format and has made official remixes for groups like Dorian, Sidonie, La Habitación Roja or Siloé. Founder of House of Ley, her own event brand, she has taken her house and disco music proposal to stages in Spain and other countries with the conviction that music always counts for something. She is the first Spanish DJ to have performed in Cuba.
Here are her “top five”:

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
It is the first thing I look for when I go anywhere. If there is good oil, then I’m fine. I consider it something basic in the most literal sense.

LENTILS
Lentils are a dish passed down from generation to generation. There is nowhere in the world that does not have a version. It is one of those foods that nourish body and soul.

TINNED TUNA
I always have them at home, long lasting and nutritious, with no need for a refrigerator to preserve them. Sometimes the handiest is the simplest and a good can of tuna is the perfect choice to improvise a quick lunch or dinner.

MILK (CARTON)
Our primary and most vital food, and if there are children at home, even more so. Coffee is non-negotiable and, for me, it’s perfect with a generous amount of cold milk. Always having a carton of milk in the pantry is my lifesaver.

DARK CHOCOLATE
Because sometimes when life starts to fall apart, a little pleasure in the midst of chaos can make your day. For me, dark chocolate with a significant percentage of cocoa is the treat that helps bring your endorphin levels back where they belong.
