Leonor Lavado (Cordoba, 1987) is one of the most brilliant and multifaceted actors, impersonators and comedians on the Spanish scene. Known popularly as “the woman of a thousand voices”, she rose to fame thanks to her amazing ability to recreate dozens of celebrities of Spanish culture. A constant presence in the country’s main media, she combines her collaborations in leading programmes such as Más de uno, in Onda Cero, with her participation in Antena 3’s prime-audience formats such as Tu cara me suena.
Here are her top five:

PLANT-BASED MILK
From a very young age, dairy milk made me feel very bad, so vegetable milk (soya, almonds, oats) has been with me in every shopping basket. I sometime change to try different flavours or, depending on the recipe (when I am making a homemade dessert), I use one or the other.

FRUTS
There’s always fruit in the basket. I really like blueberries, pineapple and bananas, although the fruit I always have with me is the orange.

QUINOA
I use quinoa a lot, to accompany other foods, but I especially like it in salads. For lunch or dinner, it seems like a type of food that satiates, is easy to digest as well as nutritious.

EGGS
I’m never without eggs. It’s a recurring food when you need to make something quickly. French omelette, scrambled eggs… And you can also use them for other more elaborate recipes, such as potato omelette or even desserts.

COCOA
I love having 100% pure cocoa to add to milk, yoghourt, or to make something a little sweeter. You’ve already read that I like to make homemade desserts. Having cocoa is a way to brighten my life a little without “overindulging”.
