How to moisturise chapped lips
With the cold of winter, lips tend to get dry and chapped. Do you know how to moisturise them to make them look juicy and perfect?

Lips are one of the most sensitive parts of our body. Cold, sun or lack of moisture can cause them to dry out and even cause discomfort. To avoid this, we recommend one of the following remedies.
Step by step home lip treatment
-
With olive oil: moisten some cotton wool with olive oil and apply it to your lips before going to bed. In just 3 days, you'll notice the difference.
-
Shea butter or cocoa butter: this is one of the best known tricks, as it prevents dryness and pain almost instantly.
-
Aloe vera: the natural healer and regenerator par excellence. Cut an aloe vera leaf, split it in half, and extract the gel. Apply it generously to your lips and let it soak in.
-
Sugar: this is a powerful natural exfoliant. If you want to look after your lips and they aren’t too dry, mix a little sugar with oil and apply it to your lips with circular movements to remove unwanted skin.
Lip balms
Lip balms include very specific ingredients in their composition to protect the skin against external aggressions, while correcting and repairing dryness. They are mainly composed of cocoa butter together with other compounds specifically indicated for protection, such as sunscreen. This filter should be at least 15 SPF and, in cases of more intense sun or cold, use a much higher filter.
Another of the most widely used components is vitamin E, for its antioxidants and anti-ageing properties, and medicinal plants which, due to their soothing properties, help to bring the skin on your lips back to normal, providing a pleasant feeling of well-being.
