Frizzy hair in men: How to look after it?
If your hair is short and frizzy, you've come to the right place! We give you advice, tips on care, haircuts and specific products to deal with frizzy hair.

External factors, misuse of products, or simply the structure of the hair in question can cause the dryness of your hair to become visible, and your hair to feel dull and lifeless. So, here's what you can do to avoid having dry, frizzy hair.
Tips to avoid frizzy hair
- Avoid washing your hair every day, an unsuitable shampoo dries out your hair, making it much easier for it to become frizzy.
- Finish showering with a jet of cold water on your head. Apart from preventing frizz, it will make your hair shinier. If you can, avoid hot water and opt for warm water in the washing process.
- If your hair is dry and easily frizzes, then a hairdryer is not your best friend, whether it's hot or cold air. It's best to dry it lightly with a towel, without rubbing it, and let it air dry. If your hair is very long and you have no choice but to use a hair dryer, use anti-frizz serums first as they protect the hair from the heat of the dryer.
- Choose wooden combs and/or natural bristles as metal combs generate static electricity which will cause your hair to frizz.
- The haircut is also important; thinning out your hair will make feel lighter and helps when it comes to combing it.
Products for frizzy hair
- Apply a mask one day a week and you will notice the difference.
- Another alternative to curb frizz is to use argan oil products or get keratin treatments.
- If you have very dry curly hair try moisturising it more often with conditioner every time you wash it.
