Curly endive salad with iberian cured meats, pomegranates and sautéed garlic
Ingredients for 1 salad:
1 curly endive, 1 slice of Iberian cebo* ham, 1 slice of cebo* pork loin, 2 slices of garlic, 1 pomegranate, EVOO

PREPARATION
1. Cut the garlic into thin slices and fry in EVOO. Leave to cool and set aside
2. Serve mixing all the ingredients together
3. Drizzle with the oil and the sautéed garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper
