And to enjoy it safely and hygienically, it is recommended you clean the swimming and do proper maintenance of the water. Below are a series of fundamental steps to take to do so in a 100% effective way, irrespective of the size of your pool and the degree of dirt:

  1. Brush the walls and floor of the swimming pool
    It is commonly known as shock treatment as it seeks to remove adhered dirt. It is the first important step in cleaning because it is what will remove algae residue and dirt from the pool liner. In addition, doing it frequently prevents stains and helps keep the liner beautiful and in good condition. It is done by applying pressure to the top of the brush handle, always pulling in your direction, and pushing the brush up and down.
  2. Vacuum the bottom of the swimming pool with a  with a pool cleaner
    After brushing, you need to vacuum the bottom of the swimming pool to eliminate any build-up of dirt.   • Add your weekly dose of chlorine to your pool so that the water is always clean. You must calculate the litres in the pool to apply the correct dose.
  • Use limescale remover to remove limescale from the pool every two weeks.
  • Finally, keep the filter running for most hours of the day (about 12 hours) and backwash twice a day.
