The bidet, that fixture that you have a love-hate relationship with. Despite it being one of the fixtures we often do without because of the shortage of space in our bathrooms, it still has a lot of very loyal fans who use it every day and defend the virtues of its functions to the death. The main purpose is to clean ourselves after using the toilet.
But the question remains, do we know how to clean and disinfect it properly?
They are usually made from earthenware or ceramics and cleaning them is very similar to how we clean the toilet. They are two things that need to be kept spotlessly clean to make sure they are hygienic and safe for all the family.
So what do you need?
- Limpiador de wc
- 1 estropajo
- 2 bayetas de microfibra
- Limpiador antical o vinagre blanco de limpieza
- Lejía u oxígeno activo
Para empezar a limpiar el bidet:
- Humedeceremos la zona con agua tibia
- Usaremos un limpiador de wc, frotaremos por toda la superficie y grifería y dejaremos actuar un rato.
- Pasado el tiempo, unos 5/10 minutos, aclaramos toda la superficie y lo que no alcancemos con el agua con una bayeta de microfibra nueva.
- Si la grifería no nos ha quedado del todo limpia de la cal acumulada, podemos usar un anti-cal o vinagre blanco para eliminar los restos que hayan quedado.
- Una vez limpio, procederemos a la desinfección de nuestro bidet.
- Echaremos un poco de lejía o de oxígeno activo por toda la superficie. Frotaremos bien la zona y dejaremos actuar.
- Una vez pasado el tiempo, retiraremos con abundante agua y ayuda de otra bayeta de microfibra limpiar.
- Cuando el bidet esté totalmente aclarado, lo secaremos con otra bayeta limpia y seca.
