Tuna
Tuna, known as bluefin or red tuna, is an oily fish belonging to the Scombridae family. It has a fusiform (spindle-shaped) body and is very robust. On the whole, its skin is blue, although it has white flanks with darker transverse lines. It is a large fish, with two dorsal fins very close together, short pectoral fins and a large number of spines.
Inside, the flesh is red and firm in appearance, very similar to beef.

Tuna is among the oily fish with the highest fat content, especially in terms of omega-3, although it also has a high protein content (even higher than that of animal meats).
