Tuna

Tuna, known as bluefin or red tuna, is an oily fish belonging to the Scombridae family. It has a fusiform (spindle-shaped) body and is very robust. On the whole, its skin is blue, although it has white flanks with darker transverse lines. It is a large fish, with two dorsal fins very close together, short pectoral fins and a large number of spines.

Inside, the flesh is red and firm in appearance, very similar to beef.
