Strawberry
Strawberries and strawberries (its largest variety) are several species of creeping plants of the Fragaria genus, belonging to the Rosaceae family. Strawberries are characterized by being intensely red and conical in shape, with a crown of small green leaves on top.
Rough to the touch, this fruit is a floral receptacle that contains a multitude of seeds called achenes.
The flavor of the strawberry varies depending on its degree of maturity, since when the fruit is still green it is acidic, while when it is ripe it is a sweet and juicy bite.

Some benefits you didn't know about taking strawberry
Strawberries are very low in energy since they are mostly made up of water. The rest of their composition includes carbohydrates, fundamentally sugars, in addition to minerals such as phosphorous and potassium.
The bright colour of these fruits is largely due to vegetable pigments (flavonoids), which act as antioxidants in the body, an effect also achieved by the presence of significant amounts of polyphenols and vitamins from group C in their composition.
