Grouper

The grouper is a white fish belonging to the Serrenidae family. It has an oval body with flattened sides and is dark green, with some dark brown, yellow and white hues. The grouper's head is as big as its mouth, it has very thick lips and a prominent jaw.

This species stands out, among other things, because it has prominent spines on the front of its dorsal fins. Inside, its flesh is pink, soft and juicy.
