Gilthead seabream
Gilthead seabream is an oily fish belonging to the Sparidae family. This fish is medium in size, with a tall, oval and compact body. Compared to other fish, it has relatively small eyes, between which runs a characteristic golden stripe.
It has thick lips and silver scales all over its body. It has a single black dorsal fin, an anal fin and a caudal fin that has a characteristic sickle shape and a black border.
The gilthead seabream also has two silver-coloured pectoral fins.
